Rule 8.08(b) requires applicants to provide proof of a scaled score of not less than 80 on the MPRE. Under Rule 8.03, a certified MPRE score must be received by the Board no later than one year after the date of written notification of the applicant's successful completion of the bar examination, or else the applicant's bar examination scores shall be void. Applicants who have not satisfied all requirements for admission, including passing the MPRE, on the date bar exam results are released will be notified of their pass/fail status, but their exam scores will not be posted on the Internet, or otherwise released to the public, until all admissions requirements are met.
The National Conference of Bar Examiners reports MPRE scores to the jurisdiction designated by the examinee during MPRE registration. If you did not designate Missouri when you registered for the MPRE, you will need to request NCBE send a MPRE Score Report to Missouri. Log in to your NCBE account at www.ncbex.org and submit an MPRE Score Services Request. You may also contact NCBE by telephone at (608) 280-8550.
