Laptop Program for February 2017 Examination
In order to take the Multistate Essay Examination (MEE) and Multistate Performance Test (MPT) sessions using your laptop computer, you must register and install Exam360, a software product of ILG Technologies. The period to register the software for the February 2017 examination starts at 9:00 AM (CT) on January 10, and ends February 13, at 3:00 PM (CT).
The Installation Guide and download will be available on January 16, 2017 from your user homepage. Applicants who have not registered Exam360, downloaded the 2 examination files and uploaded the mandatory trial examination by 3:00 PM, February 13, will not be allowed to use their laptop computer for that examination and will be required to handwrite their answers.
Set your email account to accept emails from Laptop.MBLE@courts.mo.gov and firstname.lastname@example.org. You are responsible for ensuring that your email program does not block communications from ILG and MBLE.
If you decide to change your laptop preference after submitting your bar application you must take two steps:
1) submit an amendment to your bar application electronically regarding laptop use; and
2) send notification to Laptop.MBLE@courts.mo.gov.
A change should be received by this office on or before February 7, to ensure you can be added to the laptop program with sufficient time to complete download by the deadline of February 13.
You assume all risk of using your laptop to take the bar examination. No extra time or other relief will be provided in the event of any malfunciton of your computer or the software, or any electrical or other technical difficulties. Always be prepared to hand write your exam in the event you cannot use your laptop. Answer books will be available upon request during the exam.
